Automated optical inspection – In semiconductor production and inspection processes there is an ever increasing need for rapid in-line measurements. On wafer level and post packaging defects must be quickly detectable.
Optical Microscopy -Nedinsco can design and manufacture microscope heads according to customer specifications, making it as compact as possible in the process. During that process our we will advise you on the best optics, electronics and mechanics needed and can support with integration and servicing in fully automated inspection lines.
Wafer inspection: Continuous in-line wafer inspection for defect- and contamination detection. Off-line defect inspection for analysis purposes.
Mask inspection: to find defects on blank or patterned masks reducing yield risk.
